This is the whole setup in one box: 60" steel straight blade, V-shaped push tube, and the model-specific mid-mount (part 2405A) for the Polaris Sportsman/6x6 800 (2011-2014). No piecing together blade, tube, and mount from different pages — one system, engineered together by Eagle / HitchDoc in Jackson, Minnesota from American steel.
