Cub Cadet built two very different side by sides, and they do not share parts. If you are after Cub Cadet Volunteer parts, the cab and cover kits are specific to that machine; if you have a Challenger, the parts split again by model. • Volunteer — cab enclosure, soft top / roof cover, seat cover sets, a bed cover, and a snow plow kit listed for 2007–2014 Volunteer and Tracker machines.
• Challenger 500/700 — the widest selection: two-piece windshields, full cab enclosures in half-door and vinyl-windshield versions, soft full and half door kits, rear window kits, soft tops and combo packages.
• Challenger 400 — accessories, seating and plow kits.
• Challenger 550/750 — accessories, seating and plow kits, including mounts covering 2017–2024 machines.

Choosing Cub Cadet Parts

Two things narrow it down fast. First, model and year: plow mounts are split by generation, so a kit listed for the 2015–2016 Challenger 500/700 is not the same as one listed for the 2017–2025 machines. Second, on Challenger cab kits, decide whether you want half doors or full doors and whether you are keeping a hard windshield — the enclosure is built differently for each combination. In-cab heater kits are listed for Challenger 500/700 and 550/750 machines. Volunteer cab parts are model-specific and do not interchange with Challenger parts.
