These terms cover text messages (SMS) sent and received through the UTV Parts and Accessories customer care texts program, operated by J&S Industries LLC, doing business as UTV Parts and Accessories, 23001 Industrial Blvd, Rogers, MN 55374. By texting us or asking us to text you, you agree to these terms.

What the program is

Our texting number is 763-284-5030. It is a customer care line for questions and support: fitment and tech questions, help choosing a part, and order, shipping, or return questions you ask us about. Messages are replies to you and answers to your questions. This is not a promotional program — we do not send sales blasts, coupons, or marketing texts through this number. For phone calls, reach us at 800-596-0785.

How you opt in

You join by texting 763-284-5030 first, or by giving us your mobile number and asking us to text you (for example, on a support request). Providing a phone number at checkout does not sign you up for texts, and consent to receive customer care texts is never treated as consent to receive marketing messages.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your questions. We text as needed to answer you or update you on something you asked about — not on a daily or scheduled basis.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges apply to messages you send and receive. We do not charge for texting.

How to get help or stop

Text HELP to 763-284-5030 at any time for assistance, or call 800-596-0785 or email info@utvpartsandaccessories.com.
Text STOP to 763-284-5030 at any time to stop receiving texts. You will get one final confirmation message and then no further texts from this number unless you text us again.

Automated replies

Some replies on this line may be written by an automated assistant. If you would rather talk with a person, reply AGENT or call 800-596-0785.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers; delivery depends on your carrier and device.

Privacy

How we handle your phone number and message content is described in our SMS Privacy Policy and our full Privacy Policy. In short: your mobile information will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
