Choose Your Blade
- Standard Series (steel) - the proven 11-gauge steel workhorse with full-height ribs, replaceable Grade 50 wear bar and adjustable skid feet. Black. Best value for driveways and hobby-farm duty.
- Pro Series (steel) - DOT-style curved 11-gauge blade with the Impact Resistant Reinforcement System (edge stiffeners + stabilizer bar), upgraded rubber flap, free plow markers, 3-year warranty. Black, Red or Yellow. The tapered blade profile throws snow farther than the other series - it gets snow up and over the ridge on long driveways. Pick Pro if you plow every storm or push wet, heavy snow.
- Poly Series - the lightweight blade: rigid poly moldboard on a steel-reinforced frame. Easiest on your machine and winch, snow won't stick to it, it can't rust, and the polyurethane wear bar is gentle on pavement and pavers and leaves no rust marks on driveways or garage floors. Markers and rubber flap included, 3-year warranty.
Which width? All blades bolt to the same push tube and mount - 66" is the popular pick for tighter paths; 72" covers your wheel tracks with margin at full angle and clears wide driveways in fewer passes.

Standard Series Blade (Steel)
The Denali Standard Plow is made to handle the toughest conditions including sand, snow, and ice. The "Easy-Connect" design created by the Denali engineering team will make attaching and detaching your plow an extremely easy process. This Center Mounted plow disperses the force of impact to the sturdiest part of the UTV, preventing damage to the front end or other vehicle parts from sudden impact.
The Denali Standard Plow System Includes:
- Plow Blade (19 inches high) and leading horizontal supports are formed from a single piece of 11 gauge steel
- Four 7 gauge ribs run the full height of the blade
- Three additional 7 gauge horizontal stabilizers support the deepest point of the blade
- 65° attack angle and over center design ensures snow rolls up and is thrown forward
- Easy to install Push Tube and Mount system
- Paint Colors currently available: black
- Replaceable 7 gauge, Grade 50 steel wear bar for maximum durability
- Height and angle adjustable skid feet included
Poly Series Blade
The Denali Poly blade delivers full-size plowing performance at a fraction of the weight of steel - the top pick if you want less wear and tear on your machine.
- Lightweight, rigid poly moldboard - far lighter than a comparable steel blade, easier on your front suspension, winch and frame, and easier to lift, install and remove
- Slick, non-stick poly surface - wet snow won't freeze or cake to the blade, so it sheds clean load after load
- 100% rust- and corrosion-proof - shrugs off snow, ice, sand and salt, and still looks new seasons later
- Forgiving on impact - the poly face absorbs hits from curbs and hidden obstacles and springs back to shape
- Steel-reinforced backing frame - poly face, steel muscle: full rigidity without the weight
- Premium polyurethane wear bar - safe for pavement, cobblestone and concrete, and with no steel edge it never leaves rust streaks on your driveway or garage floor
- 65° attack angle rolls snow forward and throws it farther
- Rubber flap and plow markers included · 3-year warranty

Optional Add-Ons, Explained
Every choice above is a genuine Denali / MotoAlliance part built for this plow system. Here’s what each one does and when it is worth adding:

Blade Series at a glance
Pro Series (steel, black / red / yellow) — the DOT-style curved blade: tapered ends and a deeper scoop roll the snow up and throw it clear of your path instead of just pushing it. Heaviest-duty option, 3-year warranty, and it ships with plow markers and the rubber flap included. Standard Series (steel, black) — the same 11-gauge Denali construction in a straight blade at the lowest price; markers and flap are add-ons. Poly Series — a rigid poly moldboard that is far lighter than steel (easier on your winch, suspension and your back at install time), sheds wet snow instead of freezing to it, can never rust, and comes with markers, rubber flap and a polyurethane wear bar that is safe on pavers, cobblestone and sealed concrete. All three bolt to the same Denali push tube and mount, so every option below fits every series.

Pushtube Length — standard, 2″ lift, 4″ lift or extended for tracks
The push tube has to sit level for the blade to scrape flat. Standard length is right for a stock machine on stock tires. If your machine is lifted or on oversize tires, the 2″ lift kit (front frame 13″–15″ off the ground) or 4″ lift kit (15″–17″) bolts to the standard push tube to bring it back to level and also clears most skid plates. Running tracks? Choose the Extended push tube: it is 15″ longer than standard so the blade sits ahead of the track fronts. Lift kits and the extended tube cannot be combined.

Optional Plow Pulley Fairlead
Plowing works your winch line at a steep downward angle over the fairlead, hundreds of short lifts a session. The Denali Plow Pulley Fairlead replaces your winch’s hawse or roller fairlead for the season with a large curved-groove roller that stops the line flattening and fraying, plus a pulley sheave, ¼″ clevis hook and a 12′ Dyneema synthetic lead that gives finer control raising and lowering the blade. Works with steel cable and synthetic rope. Pick Standard if your winch fairlead bolts are 3″ × 4 7/8″ apart (the common ATV/UTV winch pattern) or Wide for 3″ × 6″ wide-spool winches — measure centre-to-centre before you order.

Optional Plow Markers
A pair of tall blaze-orange flags on stainless-steel bases that bolt to the ends of the blade so you can see exactly where the corners are in deep snow, at dusk, and next to the garage door, mailbox and parked cars. Rated flexible to −50°F, hardware included. Only the Standard Series needs this add-on — Pro and Poly blades ship with markers already in the box, which is why the option disappears when you select those series.

Optional Hydraulic/Electric Turn Kit
Angle the blade left or right from the seat with a flush-mount dash switch instead of climbing out to pull the pin — a full side-to-side swing in about 10 seconds, and it holds fast when you hit a hard bank. The system is sealed for life (no fluid to buy, bleed or top up), uses heavy-duty ¾″ chrome-plated cylinder shafts with 4,000 lb overload protection, bolts straight to the Denali push tube with two bolts and a weatherproof harness, and stays backwards-compatible with the manual turn. Worth it if you plow a long driveway, a lot, or in the dark — it is the upgrade owners say they wish they had bought the first winter.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will this snow plow fit my Kioti K9 2400 / 2440 (2018-2023)?
Check the Fitment Guide table on this page for your exact model and year. Then pick the matching plow mount in the options - each mount is vehicle-specific. If your machine or year isn't listed, call 800-596-0785 and we'll verify fitment before you order.
What is the difference between the Denali Pro, Standard and Poly Series blades?
The Standard Series is the proven 11-gauge steel workhorse with full-height ribs, a replaceable Grade 50 wear bar and adjustable skid feet - the best value. The Pro Series is the heavy-duty steel blade: its tapered, DOT-style curved profile throws snow farther than the other blades - a real advantage for getting snow up and over the ridge on longer driveways - plus the Impact Resistant Reinforcement System, upgraded rubber flap, free plow markers, a 3-year warranty and a choice of Black, Red or Yellow. The Poly Series is the lightweight option: a rigid poly moldboard on a steel-reinforced frame that snow won't stick to and that can't rust, with a surface-safe polyurethane wear bar, markers and flap included, and a 3-year warranty. Standard and Poly come in black.
Why choose a poly plow blade instead of steel?
Weight is the big one: the poly blade is far lighter than a comparable steel blade, which means less wear and tear on your machine - front suspension, winch and frame all work easier every time you lift or stack snow. On top of that, wet snow won't freeze to the slick poly surface so the blade sheds clean, it can never rust or corrode, the poly face flexes on curb strikes and springs back instead of denting, and the polyurethane wear bar is gentler on finished surfaces like pavement, concrete and pavers - with no steel edge, it also never leaves the rust streaks a parked steel blade can print on a driveway or garage floor. Steel is still the pick if you scrape abrasive gravel all season and want maximum wear resistance.
Should I choose the 66-inch or 72-inch plow blade?
All widths bolt to the same push tube and mount, so it's about your plowing, not fitment. The 66" blade is easier in tight spots like sidewalks and between buildings. The 72" blade still covers your wheel tracks at full angle and clears wide driveways in fewer passes. For open driveways and lots, most owners go 72".
Do I need a winch to use this UTV snow plow?
Yes - the blade raises and lowers with your machine's front winch. Add the plow pulley fairlead option above for smoother lifting (most plow buyers do). If you don't have a winch yet, call us and we'll set you up with the right winch and mount in one order.
How hard is it to install a Denali plow on a Kioti K9 2400 / 2440 (2018-2023)?
It's a bolt-on job with basic hand tools: the vehicle-specific mount plate bolts to the frame with the included hardware, and the Easy-Connect push tube attaches and detaches in seconds after that. The low-profile mount stays on the machine year-round; the plow and push tube come off for summer.
Can I plow gravel driveways with it?
Yes. The adjustable skid feet let the blade float over gravel instead of digging in, and the replaceable wear bar takes the abrasion instead of the blade. For heavy gravel use we recommend a steel blade (Standard or Pro); the Poly blade's polyurethane wear bar is the better choice for finished surfaces like pavement and pavers.
