Hi-Standard’s side box is 1/8″ aluminum, 100% TIG-welded, with two cam latches plus a keyed lock, 3/16″ weather stripping around the full lid perimeter, and a 1/16″ neoprene floor mat so tools don’t rattle on the trail.
