3 Star 2-Piece Lexan Windshield for the Full-Size Polaris Ranger 500/700/800
Built in the USA by 3 Star Industries from ¼" Lexan polycarbonate, cut with CNC precision. The 2-piece design works in every season: run the full windshield for wind protection when it’s cold, or pull the lower section for airflow in summer and keep the top on as a bug shield. It mounts with vibration-damping loop clamps (zinc-plated steel with a vinyl coating), and all clamp hardware is included.

Features
- ¼" polycarbonate, top and bottom — both sections are ¼" Lexan, the original brand of polycarbonate, with incredible impact strength. ¼" won’t bow at speed or when hauling the way 3/16" can.
- 2-piece design — each section mounts independently, so you can ride with both on, or just the top or bottom when you want more air in the cab.
- Automotive trim — flexible PVC edge trim with a sealing bubble along the bottom of the lower section closes gaps at the hood line.
- Bends — formed bends add strength to the windshield.
- Made in the USA by 3 Star Industries.
Options
- Clamps: Loop Clamps (standard, all hardware included) or Quick Install Straps — military-grade hook-and-loop straps thread through slots in the windshield, no tools needed, with extra automotive trim added along the sides.
- Vents: a set of sliding vents in front of the driver and passenger opens and closes side-to-side for airflow when you need it.
Want it scratch-resistant? The scratch-resistant version has an MR10 hard-coated Lexan upper section with an abrasion- and UV-resistant coating on both sides.
Before You Order
- When your windshield arrives, inspect it before removing the protective film from either side: check for damage (including scratches showing through the film), make sure you’re happy with the mounting hardware, and confirm the fit.
- Once the protective film is removed, the windshield can’t be returned or refunded.
