      400/500 Kubota winch plate mounts

      I ordered the plate assembly and received it in good time but unfortunately found that they had shipped me the wrong plate. Dan, the owner was great. The correct plate was overnighted. Once again a mixup occurred with the fair lead bracket sent not fitting a 5000 Badlands with wide mount holes. Once again Dan came through, calling kfi and overnighting the fair lead bracket. A return UPS label was included for returnable items which made it easy. Mistakes will be made, but what counts is great customer service like these guys have. The overnighting was just great.
