Kawasaki Mule 4010 Hard-Coat Flip-Up Windshield
- Top Made From MR10 or AR2 Hard-Coated 1/4" thick Polycarbonate
- Bottom is 3/16" Polycarbonate
- Quick Connect Clamps allow you to easily remove the windshield without any tools
- Flips up to allow access to your storage under the hood
This windshield is made from an abrasion resistant (polycarbonate). It is hard coated on both sides, not just your standard scratch resistant polycarbonate. The quick connect clamps attach to your roll cage and allow you to remove your windshield without any tools. Simply remove the thumbscrews, and the clamps remain attached to your roll cage for a quick and easy installation. The bottom flips up so you can still access your storage compartment.
Note: Transport models have an additional gusset and will require drilling two holes in the polycarbonate to lower the clamps.

Okay windshield, assembly terrible..
The windshield is good quality, fits good.. Assembling the hinge takes AT LEAST 2 people..Hinge is the worst design I have ever seen..Why not just use conventional hinges?It's just a STUPID DESIGN.
