Installation Overview
The DENALI Poly Blade kit includes everything you need for assembly, including wear bar, skid feet, brackets, rubber flap, and mounting hardware. A winch is required (Sold Separately) for installation and operation.
Basic Installation Steps:
- Attach the wear bar to the bottom of the blade using the included carriage bolts and nuts.
- Install the skid feet and brackets, adjusting height as needed for your terrain.
- Mount the rubber flap and hold-down bars for added snow control.
- Attach the blade to the DENALI push tube system (Included) and secure to Plow Mount (Included) with quick-release pins.
- Connect your winch cable to the lift arm assembly for blade lifting and lowering.
Operation & Maintenance Tips:
- Operate at speeds under 10 MPH when plowing.
- Always wear safety gear and keep bystanders clear during use.
- Use a ratchet strap for long-distance transport to reduce bounce and protect your UTV suspension.
- Keep blade paint protected with a rust-preventive coating between seasons.
