KFI Products has been building plow hardware in the USA since 1998, and the reason people keep coming back is the mount. Every KFI plow mount is laser-cut and welded for one specific machine, so it bolts to factory frame holes without drilling and without adapter plates. Whether you are setting up a KFI ATV plow on a Sportsman, a Grizzly or a Foreman, or a KFI UTV plow on a Ranger, a Defender, a Gator or a Mule, a complete KFI snow plow is always the same three pieces: the machine-specific mount, the push tube system it uses, and a blade sized to your machine. How a KFI System Goes Together
Ordering a KFI plow is simple once you know which piece does what. Buy all three together and everything lines up on the first try; buy a blade on its own and you still cannot plow anything.
1. The mount
The mount is a steel plate that bolts to your machine's frame and stays there through the season. It is the only part of the system that is machine-specific, which is why KFI publishes a different part number for nearly every model. Frame rails, skid-plate clearance and approach angle differ from a Polaris Ranger to a Kubota RTV to a Honda Pioneer, so the plate has to match. Browse every one we stock in KFI plow mounts. If you already own a blade and push tube, a second mount is the cheap way to run one plow on two machines.
2. The push tube
The push tube is the frame between the mount and the blade. It carries the load, lets the blade trip over a frozen edge instead of stopping the machine, and sets the angle positions. KFI runs two systems: the ATV mid-mount push tubes for four-wheelers and a handful of mid-mount side-by-sides, and the UTV Pro 2.0 square tube system for full-size machines. Which one your mount uses is what actually decides your blade width, and the finder above tells you which one you have.
3. The blade
ATV push tube systems take 48", 54" and 60" blades. UTV Pro 2.0 systems take 60", 66" and 72" blades. Steel Pro-Series blades are the traditional heavy scraper for gravel and packed snow; Pro-Poly blades weigh less, shed wet snow instead of letting it stick, run quieter and will not rust. Yes — most of what we sell ships free to the lower 48 states. Orders under $150 have a flat $14.99 shipping fee.
